PROTOCOL::CONSISTENCY

Consistency: Key to Long-term Growth

Why "posting 10 times a day" might not work. Understanding the Author Diversity mechanism.

01 // HEURISTICS

Author Diversity Decay

The AuthorDiversityScorer in the algorithm ensures a user's feed isn't monopolized by a single author.

How it works

In a single recommendation round, if you have 3 candidate tweets, the 1st one retains its score. However, the 2nd and 3rd tweets undergo score attenuation.

multiplier = decay_factor ^ position

This means quantity does not equal reach. Posting too many tweets in a short window forces the subsequent ones to be downranked by default.

02 // EMBEDDINGS

System's Preference for "Coherence"

Phoenix Retrieval relies on Embeddings to find matches. If your content topics are too scattered, the system struggles to define a "precise tag" for you.

Niche Advice

Keep 80% of your posts within your core niche to help the algorithm index and retrieve your content reliably.

03 // SEQUENCES

Series and Continuity

When a user interacts with your tweets, it's logged in their User Action Sequence.

THREADS

Guide users from one post to another, creating a chain of positive signals.

CADENCE

1-2 high-quality posts per day is better for maintaining "active relevance" than a weekly blast.
